For this furniture commission we created a bespoke Credenza for an entrance hall in a beautiful Victorian property in Bristol city centre. The main cabinet is housed within a mild steel ‘box’ with laser cut legs that help keep the piece aesthetically slimline and elegant whilst remaining stable and strong, the doors of the Credenza are laminated with industry waste leather from the Thomas Ware & Sons tannery located in Hotwells, Bristol, the leather is suede finished giving a pleasing tactility. The unit itself features two doors and three drawers, all on push to open mechanisms, giving a good mix of functionality and minimalism to the piece.
