OLDLAND COMMON
For this beautiful detached property in Oldland common we installed, throughout the ground floor, a reclaimed pitch pine floor. Each board was fixed to the joists using traditional Brad point nails and finished with beeswax, buffed and finally sealed with matt lacquer. Features include mitered framing around solid slate hearths and a disguised inset door mounted on brass countertop hinges leading down to the basement.
