We were commissioned to design, make and install Casa, a new Italian restaurant within the Redcliffe area of Bristol. We worked closely with the client to establish the most beneficial layout in order to maximize covers whilst retaining a sense of space, we then set to work designing and making all of the joinery and furniture in our Bristol based workshop, finally installing the finished carpentry at the restaurant. The materials chosen for the joinery and furniture were solid Maple timbers and veneer with Birch ply tables finished in a non toxic water based lacquer for durability, the stone walls were restored and painted in a lime wash finish to soften the overall appearance.
