Paco is an award winning tapas restaurant in Bristol serving some of the best food the west has to offer. We were tasked with designing, creating and installing the new interior of the restaurant with a collection of bespoke furniture, both fitted and freestanding. The brief was to keep the joinery and furniture as dark as possible so it blended into the dark restaurant interior. For this we used ebonized Oak that we prepared in our Bristol workshop and used mild steel for areas of the bar that, over time, will take on its own patina adding to the character of the space. The worktops running through are bespoke stainless steel. The exterior of the restaurant saw a new seating area that we designed and manufactured using Larch timber.
